Consumers in the EU can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — most easily online via Cancel contract or by email to info@atonactive.com. The goods must then be returned within 14 days to Eichhorn Customs, Bachwisstrasse 6, 9100 Herisau, Switzerland; you bear the direct cost of returning them. We refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown that you have sent them back. If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it. In that case please contact us by email at info@atonactive.com, with photos if possible. You can also report transport damage or a defect after accepting the parcel. You do not bear any return costs in this case; your statutory warranty rights apply. We handle complaints by email only.

Approx. 2–3 weeks, with tracking. We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland free of charge. Import VAT, customs duty where applicable and carrier fees may be charged on import. Details in the Terms.
