Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions The product must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

Initiating a Return Please contact us via email at info@atonactive.com. After review and approval, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Packages sent to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items Certain products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized items, hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about your item.

Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU For deliveries within the European Union, regardless of the above regulations, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we granted our approval, please contact us at info@atonactive.com.
